Shipping

All items are shipped from Christchurch, New Zealand. Please note each tote is hand printed to order, and deliveries take 7-10 days.

  • All items are hand printed for each order - so please allow 2-3 days for printing and packaging your order, and then 5-7 days for shipping. In total, orders can take 7-10 days from purchase to delivery.

  • All shipping New Zealand wide is free!

  • We sure do!

  • So glad you asked! Any kind of transport is generally pretty crappy for the environment, so we have taken a few steps to reduce our negative impact by using plastic free, home compostable packaging, and by offsetting our carbon emissions. You can learn more about that here.

  • A pre-order is so spanking new that we haven’t even got them printed yet. But don’t worry, we don’t tease for too long, any listed pre-order is just a week away at most from dropping. So get in first to secure your exclusive new TotesTotes tote!

Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your TotesTotes tote, but if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, simply send it back to us and we’ll sort your a refund. Please note gift vouchers are not refundable.

Please be sure to complete our return request form first so we can process a return for you. We will then send you a return address. All returns will need to be received within 30 days of delivery. Any purchases made with a gift voucher and returned, will be refunded by gift voucher (ie, the voucher is not exchangeable for cash).

  • Firstly, we are so sorry your tote is not up to our usual TotesTotes standard. Please contact us on hello@totestotes.co.nz and we will get this sorted asap for you. If you’d like to return any items, simply fill in our returns form here to get the ball rolling.

  • If we have sent you an email notification that your items have shipped but there is something missing, then we have totally dropped the ball. Please contact us on hello@totestotes.co.nz and we’ll fix it quick snap. Possibly we have shipped your order in multiple parcels, in which case the rest may be on it’s way.

  • Yes of course, it happens sometimes! If you don’t love your ToteTotes tote then send it back to us and we’ll happily refund you. Click here to first complete our returns request form. All returns must be received within 30 days of delivery.

  • You sure can, but any credit will be applied as a new voucher.
